As a Dayton newborn photographer, one of my favorite parts of my job is meeting families and then getting to see their stories unfold. I first met Chelsea and her oldest son, Calvin, at a local mom’s event last fall, so it was extra special to be invited into their home to capture this new chapter with baby Camden.
Of course, life with a two-year-old and a newborn is never boring! (Trust me, I’ve been there!) Calvin wasn’t too sure about sharing the spotlight, but he loved his one-on-one time with Mom and his trusty Paw Patrol cars. Once he learned he could bring his cars into their family portraits, the game was changed!
Through it all, Chelsea and Luke rolled with the chaos like pros. They took turns with each of the boys. They followed Calvin’s lead. And they leaned on each other when it felt crazy. They clearly have the whole teamwork thing figured out and I loved being able to capture their dynamic together.
If you’re looking for a Dayton newborn photographer who will capture the sweet and the crazy, I’d love to tell your story. Please reach out to me for details and we’ll get a date on the calendar!

I HAVE A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR YOU!
I've been navigating military life with my family since 2008. In that time, I went from a full-time classroom teacher to an online course designer to a photographer. Actually, I still teach a little math on the side because I just love it too much!
Through it all, I've discovered how passionate I am about connecting with military families. Whether it's taking photos at a retirement ceremony, coaching a fellow milspouse photographer, or just grabbing coffee with a new squadron friend, I love this community. And as a teacher at heart, I'm excited to use this space to share what I've learned about business and life with you.
I'M ERIN.
